2 things you can STOP doing that will save the time you spend travelling.

If you were to sit down and think about how much of your time is spent travelling, do you think you'd be surprised? Your job may not require you to travel, but what about your commute?

Other than time spent on email and back-to-back meetings, travel is the third most time-consuming activity in the diaries of those who go through their own Diary Detox® and it is almost always categorised as a waste of time. I left a 20-year career in the City of London. I'd had enough. I couldn't stand it any more, it felt toxic and it wasn't just me. On my daily commute, I would stare out of the train window, using music and noise-cancelling earphones, desperately trying to block out the noise around me. What the hell was I doing?
